Adding Music To A Video File....

I have a new drone Mini Mavic by DJI and its records awesome video
and now I would like to add music to the video file!
I have tried a few programs free ones of course and a few you can do using the browser
I almost get it but they done merge or what ever they are supposed to do

Can someone show me point me into the right way and the easiest program to do this?

Windows Movie Maker was my favorite video editor too, when I had Windows 7.

Now, with Windows 10, I'm using the Video Editor app, which I got from the Microsoft's store.

i do not   think it works well with windows  xp home
