Hello,

How you obtain success in doing the following please:

  • I optioned an Avatar, but it does not show. Are several posts necessary?
  • How do you option the question first and the answers to come underneath, instead of the other way around?

Thank you.

on the bar above at the top of this forum, click profile
on the left, modify profile, format profile information

(o) i have my own pic:
find a picture you like, upload it to something like phototbucket, use the link that looks like "http://img.photobucket.com/albums..." and copy and paste that into the blank to the right of 'i have my own pic:'
at the bottom of the page, click change profile

I am sorry that direction does not work for me.

I followed your exact direction before asking for help.  It will not work.  The Avatar I wish to use is a GIF image 6779 bytes, 90x80 pixels.  Is that too large perhaps?

The other move was successful re the question and answer direction, thank you.

I went in and fixed it.  For some reason, the URL to the image had some image tags (the [IMG] thing) in it.
