Adobe Flash Player Critical Security Update Released

Adobe released Version 32.0.0.330 of Adobe Flash Player for Windows, macOS, Linux and Chrome OS. The updates address a critical vulnerability in Adobe Flash Player. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user.

It seems that the latest version was the 32.0.0.344.

For Internet Explorer in Windows 8.1 and 10, and for Edge in Windows 10, the latest version is 32.0.0.330.

I don't think that there was another update we missed, but when I went to that page to check, I had the 344. Strange.

That is because Adobe released Version 32.0.0.344 of Adobe Flash Player for Windows, macOS, Linux and Chrome OS today. The update has important bug fixes but no security updates and no update for ActiveX.

That explains it!  I've been using the option for Automatic update for a long time and have found it works great.

Which Edge?  Legacy or Chromium.

If by "load" you're referring to ActiveX automatic updates, only for Windows 7 and earlier.  Otherwise, ActiveX is updated on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 via Windows Update for IE.  ActiveX is not supported on Microsoft Edge.  Keep in mind that Flash Player will reach EoL by the end of this year.  See Flash & The Future of Interactive Content | Adobe Blog.
